• Medium-roasted, fine-grade ground Arabica Turkish coffee.
• Carob
• Menengiç (Terebinth)
• Chocolate
• Milk Powder
• Mastic Gum
• Salep

To prepare Arifoğlu Turkish Ottoman Coffee, please follow these steps:

• For every cup, incorporate one teaspoon (6g) of pistachio coffee and sweeten to your preference with sugar.
• Utilize a coffee cup to measure 3/4 cup of drinking water per serving, and then pour it into the cezve (or a saucepan if a cezve is unavailable).
• Thoroughly blend and gradually heat on the stove while continuously stirring until the mixture begins to foam consistently.
• Carefully pour a small amount of the foam into each cup, then bring the mixture to another boil.
• Gradually fill each cup with the coffee-water blend and accompany it with a glass of water. This water readies the palate for the coffee flavor.
