Return Policy: Initiation and Conditions
You have up to 15 days from the date of package delivery to initiate a return for your order. To ensure a successful return, please ensure that the products are in perfect condition, unused, and unwashed.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Policy: Packaging and Safekeeping Requirements
In order for us to accept your return, the products must be returned in their original packaging, which should be fully intact, with the original labels still attached to each item. If, by any chance, you return an item in unsatisfactory condition, it may need to be sent back to you at your expense. Until the products reach our facility, you are responsible for their safekeeping, so please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit. We will not provide compensation for lost packages during the return shipping process.
Return Policy: Shipping Costs and Refunds
Any shipping charges and handling costs incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the cost of the merchandise itself unless an error was made on your part. Refunds for returned products will be processed as quickly as possible, with a maximum waiting period of 30 business days after we receive the returned items. Please note that we will not refund any shipping fees, additional duties, taxes, or other extra charges you may have incurred.
Return Policy: Shipping and Carrier Instructions
When sending your returns, always obtain proof of posting from your chosen carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL). During “Free Shipping” campaigns, you will only be responsible for the return shipment costs if a return is necessary. Additionally, please be aware that returns should be shipped exclusively via Express carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, etc.).
Return Policy: Damages, Issues, and Incorrect Items
Istanbul Classics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you suspect that your order may have sustained damage during shipping, we recommend that you promptly inspect the package in the presence of the delivery personnel at the location where you received them.

Exceptions to our return policy include food products, sale items, or gift cards. However, we are committed to addressing your needs, and you have the option to return products that have not been damaged or compromised during shipping. Please note that if you change your address after placing an order or if your order is delayed beyond your specified delivery dates, the right of withdrawal cannot be accepted.
In the event that your parcel is damaged during delivery or the packaging is compromised, affecting the quality of the product, you have the right to initiate a return.
Should you choose to return your order, we will provide a full refund of the bought item(s). We will not refund any shipping fees, additional duties, taxes, or other extra charges you may have incurred.
It’s important to be aware that “Custom Orders” and food products are non-refundable.
