Can All Food Products Be Shipped?

Yes, most food products can be shipped. However there are certain countries that have very stringent customs regulations for food products. Do I Pay Extra For Express Shipping?

At Istanbul Classics, all orders are shipped via Express Shipping, and there are no additional charges for this service.

From Where Will My Order Be Sent?

As we don’t keep any products in stock, all orders will be sent to you from Istanbul, Turkey. Shipping will be handled by our logistics team and DHL EXPRESS.

When Can I Expect My Parcel To Arrive?

How Are The Shipping Costs Calculated?

Do You Provide A Tracking Number?

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing that order. Once an order is shipped, however, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you wish to return your order, please review our return policy.

Can I Change My Delivery Address After Placing My Order?
